There’s a whole host of Royal Wedding celebrations happening, so we’ve compiled a list of some of the wonderful events going on, in and around the capital.
From Royal themed afternoon tea in the heart of London, to live screenings, and regal dinner menus a short distance from Windsor Castle, there’s something for everyone.
The Tower Hotel
Situated on the banks of the River Thames, with sensational views of Tower Bridge and beyond, sits this luxurious hotel. Famed for its spectacular location and its close proximity to all the major London attractions, The Tower Hotel is the perfect place to spend a wedding themed afternoon.
As part of the Royal Wedding celebrations, the hotel is putting on some amazing events, including a Royal Wedding sharing board menu featuring traditionally British and American dishes, and a special live screening of the event on The Lawn – a seasonal bar with unrivalled views of the River Thames and Tower Bridge.

With less than a 10 minute walk to Windsor Castle and featuring stunning views of the Thames sits this spacious and bright eatery, serving the best in traditional brasserie dishes. From a delicious a la carte menu, to a hearty Sunday lunch, the menu is a must for any foodie.

The Royal Horseguards
The Grade I Listed building of this luxurious hotel overlooking the London Eye, is a must see, if not for the Victorian-style decor alone.
A short distance from Trafalgar Square, The Royal Horseguards Hotel is offering a Royal Wedding Live Screening experience featuring a selection of traditional favourites and a glass of their finest Champagne.
Drake & Morgan
This umbrella co. of a chain of exquisite bars and restaurants, including The Refinery and The Anthologist is celebrating the Royal Wedding with a wonderful cocktail named Meghan Sparkles! The cocktail is a regal combination of “Ketel One vodka, elderflower, vanilla, violet liqueur and fresh blackberries”.
The floral cocktail is available from the 1st – 20th May only, so book your table now to avoid disappointment.
Skylight at Tobacco Dock
This trendy rooftop bar and restaurant includes street food vendors, and boasts beautiful views overlooking the City of London.
Bask in the sunlight or watch the sun set over the capital as you relax and catch-up with friends and family.
For the Royal Wedding, Skylight will be offering open-air, live screens of the nuptials, plus celebratory games and drinks.
The Grosvenor Hotel
A 4 minute walk to Victoria Station, and a 5 minute walk to Buckingham Palace, The Grosvenor Hotel is the perfect place to visit during the Royal Wedding celebrations.
Close to all the major attractions London has to offer, their extravagant Reunion Bar will be offering a Royal May Cocktail – a Sloe gin, bourbon and cinnamon concoction, topped with Chapel Down.
Just under 1 hour from central London, the Windsor Grill is a short distance from Windsor Castle, so you’ll be right on the steps of the procession and ceremony taking place, and get to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
The Windsor Grill are serving a special Royal Wedding menu (they’re usually closed for dinner on Sunday, but will be opening for the occasion). The impressive first-class menu consists of specially sourced cheese and fish, and a host of traditional dishes including cottage pie (Prince Harry’s favourite), and linguine with slow cooked courgettes (Meghan Markle’s favourite).
There is also a wonderful wine selection on offer, specifically chosen as a respectful nod to Prince Harry’s grandparents, Her Majesty the Queen and Prince Philip.
